great company culture, no micromanagement, blameless culture. Everyone works together for common goals.

Cons

Historical 'baggage' makes change sometimes hard. departments can be reluctant to change the status quo and believe everything is really hard all the time

Pros

Axcient has exceeded all of my expectations. The employees are very bright and everyone who works here really cares about the MSP community we serve. The leadership team has a very clear vision for the Company and they do a good job communicating that vision clearly and effectively to the rest of the Company. The workplace culture is fun and easy-going. There is a weekly happy hour, game room with ping pong tables, flexible PTO, and many other perks.
