      There are great perks and some fantastic employees, but an overwhelming amount of favoritism.

      Pros

      There are a lot of fantastic things about this company. The CEO really cares about his staff. They offer boot camp and yoga classes free of charge, unlimited vacation days, sessions with a nutritionist, and a casual/fun environment. The employees are great! Friendly, hard working and bright.

      Cons

      It sounds bizarre; but if you are friends with the right people outside of work, or have been brought in by said people on their recommendation, you will have a clear and concise path to the top. You will be given better leads, better accounts, un-merited promotions, and a work schedule of your choosing.

      We appreciate the time you took to provide this feedback. Regarding our lead distribution, we employ an algorithm precisely to eliminate any potential bias. Regarding work hours, allowing flexible scheduling, including unlimited PTO, is a standard benefit for all employees. And regarding promotions, we pride ourselves on hiring the best talent. Because we have so many capable, hardworking team members promotions are frequent and deserved.

      Fast growing, fast paced company

      Pros

      This company is quickly growing. The work environment is fast paced and you are always busy. Coworkers are amazing and helpful. The company offers nutrition counseling and insite group workouts.

      Cons

      The only negative is actually kind of a positive as well. The company is growing so fast that it can be a struggle for employees to keep up with demand. This is a good thing to be growing but they need to hire enough people to do the work.
