Pros

The culture of the company is young and fresh, healthy and active. There is a lot of flexibility which I really like. The company is growing so quickly that there are tons of opportunities for growth and to advance quickly

Cons

The only dis-advantage is traffic leaving Sorrento Valley can be a little rough.

not my best assignments

Pros

they did get me work according to my specifications

Cons

when getting me a prn travel nurse assignment, I signed up to work at 4 different hospitals. they did not make sure I was oriented at each so I could work, and Parllon had 30 hours of online modules I had to take before I could work, and it was mostly wasted time.

We are pleased to hear that we found you the assignments you wanted but dissapointed that you feel you were not fully prepared for each. Thank you for your suggestion. PRN assignments come with inherent challenges, and we strive to anticipate and overcome those challenges for our nurses. It helps us a great deal in this endeavor to hear feedback regarding how we can improve. It is our policy that each time a nurse begins work at a new facility he or she is required to attend an abbreviated unit orientation. We understand that orientation is vital to our nurses’ success. We also offer individualized onboarding for every nurse where we discuss the specifics of the assignment. The average onboarding process takes around 15 hours, for which our nurses are always paid.
