My favorite thing about working at Aya is that as a company we always try to do right by people, both internally and externally. Integrity is woven into our cultural fabric. Management is receptive to new ideas and consistently strives to improve by exceeding demanding goals and growing both the company as a whole and employees as individuals. The business acumen of our leaders astounds me daily and our numbers have skyrocketed in recent years as a direct result. My coworkers are vibrant, energetic and hilarious. We share a lot in common including a passion for fitness (which the company fosters with free exercise classes) and fun! The frequent team outings Aya sponsors are not just about having a good time, they are legitimately a factor in the success of our business. By getting to know each other outside of work we are a more cohesive unit and the friendships we make ensure employee satisfaction.

Absolutely none. I can’t even complain about the recent increase in workload, because seeing my team develop and rise to the occasion has been so exciting.
