      Good first job/No long term promises

      Pros

      Good resume builder for your first few years' experience. Good health benefits, Free happy hour every Friday. Tons of company parties if that is your thing. Sales reps will have even more events. Frequent one-off perks such as free samples of their products.

      Cons

      Pay is considerably low compared to other employers since they are focused on saving money. If they didn't host so many parties for sales reps they might be able to pay their employees more. Turnover is high so consider yourself rare if you are at the company longer than 3 years.

      I love being a Tigger!!

      Pros

      This is the first job that I have ever had that I can see myself staying for a long time. It's such a different atmosphere than most warehouses because the "Tigger Code" that we live and work by. We take care of each other because we are so much more than a team; we are a family.

      Cons

      Every workplace has its downfalls and shortcomings. BDA is no exception. It is a growing company that is still findings its place in the world and making a name for itself.

      Great place to work

      Pros

      One of the best company cultures out there. Great people, FUN place to work. If you have the ability to perform under pressure, work hard, and be passionate about what you do, you will succeed here. You truly become part of a family here. Work hard play hard is a company motto and it’s played out every week. The events this company puts on for its employees are a blast.

      Cons

      Employees are severely underpaid. BDA looses great talent because they can’t offer a competitive salary. It’s a very high stress job. Not a lot of opportunity for growth because management offers opportunities to “tenured” employees even if they aren’t the right people for the job. The burn out at this job is real. They will work you and bend you until you break.

      Thank you for the amazing compliments and comments on things we can work on. We are continually trying to find the balance between what we offer our clients and what we offer our employees. And we do believe in work-life balance, but the team member must manage it. We do motivate our people to be their best and manage their workloads, but we also understand when they say, “my plate is full”.
