Growing Pains

Pros

In the begining of my time with Belay it was great. The client services team has always been helpful.

Cons

I never had to wait too long to get a new client until this last year. They have made operational changes and have had a lot of growth recently and now VA's are a dime a dozen. Not to mention the quality of the client has changed, more "personal support" rather than admin.

Remote Great leadership Growth opportunity Pay is decent and has bonus opportunities Great coworkers Weekends off. They are militant to make sure you off at 5pm. Great HR & training team Faith based company

Cons

Can have some weeks of extra pressure with navigating client issues. Like most jobs have. I left for a new opportunity in ministry. I miss the team.
