They allow you to work from home training is done through zoom or Skype messages.

Cons

They didn’t ask for my direct deposit instead when I asked the person who was training me is she going to need my direct deposit for my check since Friday was she said she’ll let me no if it’s need the does that mean

Pros

The culture is unlike anything I've ever seen. It's a very close knit, supportive team. There is a "no gossip" policy which is taken very seriously. More companies should adopt this.

Cons

The pay is very low.

BELAY does a great job supporting and educating their contractors. The monthly webinars are great! BELAY's private Facebook group is also a great way to collaborate with other VEAs and VBKs.

Cons

Pay cap may discourage longevity
