BELAY does a great job supporting and educating their contractors. The monthly webinars are great! BELAY's private Facebook group is also a great way to collaborate with other VEAs and VBKs.

Cons

Pay cap may discourage longevity

Good way to be independent contractor in charge of your own schedule. Clients I was assigned to were great to work with!

Low pay and no real plan for advancement

We pride ourselves on being very competitive for pay in the Virtual Assistant industry, and while we do have a set pay range, there is always the potential for one of our contractors to work directly for a client they are serving, should that client choose to hire them. Being a virtual executive assistant allows me to have a flexible schedule with challenging projects that keep me engaged, all while enjoying a friendly work environment.

Cons

Pay is lower than competing roles, but the flexibility makes up for it.
