Pros

Great co- workers. They all helped each other as a team. Work hours were reasonable. Night Supervisors were friendly and didn't micro manage.

Cons

Vacation time was getting cut. Not enough staff on the noc shift. Turn around time for rns was one year.

Overtime is easy, but management is unprofessional

Pros

It was very easy to get overtime. They tend to promote from within.

Cons

Being understaffed made tasks much more difficult for the entire team to keep up, but we’d get yelled at and belittled by supervisors. Many employees have no psych understanding. Micro-managing. Unprofessional staff who boss other staff around. Many staff members are not professional with clients. Lack of compassion. Low pay.
