Pros

I have only been apart of the team for about 2 months but so far they have been great about making sure I'm not lost. They have been on top of keeping in contact with me since day one of joining the team. From what I have gathered in the last couple months is BTS is very dedicated to the mission and has no interest in slowing down in the future, which is great for the future of the employees. I served in the Army before joining the team and BTS has made and is still making the effort to make the transition from the military to the civilian world. One of the bigger pros I have come to learn is BTS is not a very large company which from what can tell makes it a little easier for the staff to be more involved with the employees. Overall, so far I have had a great experience with BTS.

Cons

I have yet to come across anything too significant to put in here other than the last minute SASMO notifications for the employees heading down range. At the same time I understand that is one of those things that the company doesn't have much control of and like I said previously, nothing too significant.

Thank you for your comments. Unfortunately, the SASMO slating process is managed by the Customer and their timeline for confirming attendees is not consistent. As we understand it, the security clearance process can be unpredictable. We try to maintain communications with the Customer and our candidates and provide updates as soon as we know. Pros

I have only been at BTS a couple months, but there are a lot of pros so far. The management team seems to be very flexible and attentive. You are treated like an individual and an adult. The company offers good benefits and seems to put a lot of effort into making sure employees are happy. You are encouraged to work in whichever way delivers the best results and there is a lot of room to try and learn new things.

Cons

The company is small, so it has many of the cons that come with any small company - job security is less than it would be in many larger companies, the office can be quiet at times and the client portfolio could be more diversified.

Thank you for your comments. The leadership and entire team is always active in growing our customer base and most of our employees work at the customer sites or are in Afghanistan. The best part of being small and having a lean overhead is that we can focus on our people and apply all of our resources to serving our customers and growing the business. Great Place to Work!

Pros

Growing company with great people and outstanding benefits; Healthcare, PTO, Wellness Offers, Etc. Coming from a larger company I have been able to grow tremendously within a short period of time due to the vast amount of information and education I have gained.

Cons

Within my short time here I have not come across many downsides to the company and what it has to offer. That being said, coming from a larger company there is a bit of a culture change with management being stretched thin due to being more involved within different roles in helping grow the company .
