Pros

Growing company that is generous with benefits. BTS has a wealth of growth potential. Management very accommodating with staff. Pleasant work environment.

Cons

At this time really can't think of anything negative to say other than I wish everyone would enter their time.

Pros

I joined BTS in April 2017 and have been very happy with the company. As a seasoned professional it is not always seamless to change employers but BTS has made the transition very easy. Everyone reaches out to help each other. Being a small company they make their employees feel valued and not just a number.

Cons

Haven't encountered any downsides, and do not anticipate any.

Excellent Compensation, Great Benefits, Good People

Cons

With most of the people are off-site and it can be very easy to lose track of the company's overall business goals as well as making it easy for management to lose track of the specific day to day issues of the employees.

With so many people working off site we do out best to try and hold quarterly "state of the union" happy hours with our people to keep everyone in the loop. We are always looking for ways to improve.
