1. Above all, the Leadership shows they care about the welfare of their deployed employees. It is very easy to get ahold any of the Leadership with either email or phone call. They return correspondence quickly and efficiently. From the very beginning of signing on, you are made to feel a part of the team and welcomed as such. 2. Talented Problem Solvers. They never outright give up just because some snags arise while ramping up to deploy their teams. They resolve issues quickly and never make you feel like you are a drag on operations. They strive to answer every question and need as it arises. 3. The company is fairly small. Sounds like a Con, but really it isn't. They work towards keeping a tight knit group of professionals who really go the extra mile towards taking care of their employees. They do their level best to help if there are situations that arise on the personal scale. 4. Pretty solid benefits package, to include medical while deployed. 401k plan and a variety of other perks worth looking into. 5. Very job friendly to veterans. They understand military culture without throwing it in your face. They show tremendous respect for the skills former military members can bring to bear and look for honest talented employees.

Due to BTS being a small company, they take the time to develop a relationship with their employees. They are never too busy to take care of their employee's problems or concerns. During my deployment I received an email at least twice a month just to check on me and see how I was doing. BTS is concerned with making their employees comfortable and happy. In addition to this, the company provides excellent benefits.
