Pros
Pro's which HR going to tell you during your Hiring process 1)Good Hardware/Software Infrastructure is provided for the employees.(I will agree on this.) 2)WFH(Not gone make any difference whether you are working from home or space as you are going to work 12-15hrs). 3)Medical Insurance( Company will provide 10 lakhs Insurance for you and your family but there is no option to Top-up are increase the limit so not as good as they tell you, considering the current Hospitalizations expenses.)
Cons
Phase1: a)First 15-20 days you feel like wow what a great on boarding process. Phase 2: a)Once you are into the project the pressure you feel from day 1 believe me you are going to remember me for not listening to me :) b)You will be assigned lot of work and your Co-workers will try to help you but they will be assigned with lot more work than you so you wont be getting much of help. c) The way project was handled by Project managers and Scrum masters is worst that I have seen in my 10 years of IT experience. Scrum masters here are slaves/dummies under project managers and commit to whatever they say and put it on team rather than protecting the team.
