Pros

Backbase were extremely helpful in relocating me from another country. They made sure I met the team and would settle in well. The company have a strong belief in their product which makes the people passionate about what they do. The client base is constantly growing which gives you confidence that the company is very stable. The CEO is extremely personable, enthusiastic and communicates regularly with team members. The company workforce is extremely diverse in background and nationality which makes for a good atmosphere within the teams.

Cons

The company is focussed on small no. of products so some people may prefer more diversity.

Pros

Great teams, lots of energy, innovate projects to work on or to develop yourself. Snacks, lunch and drinks in kitchens. Room for upward movement. Product keeps on improving.

Cons

Like any fast growing company there is a huge rate of change of people and functions. Management is not always aligned in company goals and does not promote hard work and results like CEO does. Some people are clearly slacking and management is not seeing and changing this. In some projects with 4 to 5 developers there is only one effectively working and pulling the whole project.
