It's an exciting product to be working on, and it's great to be challenging the 'big players' in such a competitive field. The atmosphere and energy is very open and welcoming, colleagues are all more than happy to share their knowledge and listen in turn. People are genuinely interested in and passionate about what they're doing - it's refreshing.

Cons

The usual growing pains associated with a company that strives to innovate and remain relevant.

- You can really have impact and start up your own projects - Everyone is working towards one goal and is very helpful - Inspiration event for new hires by CEO, who sits half a day explaining his vision and the company mission to the new recruits - Company lunch & fitness - Good (secondary) benefits -> everything can be discussed

Some pressure of working for a company that is growing so quickly and is doing so well.
