Pros
Some good fellow employees, average pay and time off, sometimes flex hours, located in Boulder, CO or a subdivision of Denver
Cons
Tons of Cons, BEWARE. Ball has a bad reputation for hiring and firing as the work load fluctuates, it is not uncommon to be hired just to be let go a few weeks later after relocation from an other state, if a contract does not materialize. Most people with security clearances living in the Denver area will not work for Ball, as it is way too unstable. Ball is now resorting to Job Fairs held out of state to lure in the unsuspecting New Hire, don't be fooled and fall into the trap, your family will be very disappointed when you are left jobless in a new city. Also; Do not Believe any 4 or 5 Star ratings on this site for Ball, they have been written by the personnel department to offset the true 1 and 2 star ratings. If you do take a job with Ball out of pure desperation, then you will be over worked, as they are very under staffed from the large work force lay off last year. Read all the other reviews about Cronyism, The Good-Old-Boys Club, and all the rest, they are all true. If you are a woman may the Lord help you, unless you like working in a 1950's style Arena.
