Management and HR are a joke. I couldn't be a part of that unethical facade of good ol' boys and broads at the highest level club. Get out while you can.

Where do I start? Gaslighting director, unsympathetic manager, Sr. VP has caused numerous terminations by direct firing or making the employee so miserable that they leave. Four VP's have left because of her, her ego walks in the room before she does. Ask anyone who's been there for more than five years. OVERT age discrimination.

Location (Boulder/Broomfield Colorado). Strong engineering staff. Dedicated lower level management.

With the recent change in President, the culture has changed. Many of the best Directors and VPs have been driven out. The President and his cronies (particularly his #2) care less about the success of the company than about their own images in industry. They waste an inordinate amount of time on petty politicking, and are apparently incapable of strategic thinking (unless, like the Washington DC office, you cannot distinguish between strategy and marketing).
