Pros

Good beneits. That is all I can really say. The company has good values, and ambitious business plans. (But, it can come crashing down pretty quickly.

Cons

Company ran by young and inexperienced personnel. Older workers are used for mules, even though their experience is more than all of management put together. Younger workers are disrespectful and abusive to the older and more experienced staff. It is like they are trying to get even for what their parents did to them when they were living at home a couple of years ago.

Great and unique benefits, talented and friendly people, challenging work environment and nice work/life balance. Executives and upper management are incredibly friendly and uniquely intelligent. Still small enough where you can take an idea and run with it. Management supports creativity.

Cons

Lack of diversity. No real room for advancement.

Great Salary and Benefits, Very experienced and intelligent colleagues throughout the company, Fun office culture, Work hard mentality across the office, Very few barriers to get business underwritten and bound NOTE: All offices have open workstations (not cubicles with walls) and no offices - this adds to collaboration and teamwork throughout the office - but limits privacy

Cons

Technology somewhat behind the times, Promotions are harder to come by as Beazley is a smaller company
