Pros

The company had a youthful environment. Permanent employees reap great benefits, variety of ammenities such as catered lunches, complimentary fruit and keurigs galore.

Cons

The company generally hires temp to perm. It takes some time to become permanent, so it shows less promise of a gratifying career.

Pros

As a contractor you're not made to feel like an outsider. Left to do the job with guidance when needed. Nice young group if professionals

Cons

Not a lot of challenges to be honest. Maybe in projects too many chiefs putting their two cents in and I question and ultimately changing the direction of a project therefore affecting time and cost.
