Inconsistent schedule due to cancellations, no PTO, you have to “earn” sick time which takes awhile to accumulate

You can Make your own schedule

Its not really possible to do this job here at "full time" As an rbt/tech/therapist you are needed to ensure the company thrives, but "perks" are constantly taken away. You do not get reimbursed for driving even though you spend half your time driving to clients. Admin level get more built in days off while rbts have to "earn" their days.
