Cons

High caseload size, lots of medicaid authorizations, kid factory, 40 screaming kids running around center triggering each other, low pay comparatively. QA checks reduce bonus opportunities by half.

Pros

There are a lot of opportunities for growth and career progression. There are multiple levels of support starting at the center level up to the CEO, as well as the original founders of the company are still highly involved in the organization. It has the support and feel of a smaller company but with the resources of a larger company. The pay is competitive with bonuses realistic to achieve.

Cons

Higher caseloads for BCBAs have to be maintained when there are challenges filling in-center BCBA openings, but the company continues to work on increasing telehealth support to provide during those times.
