Pros

I was able to use the RBT ladder to increase my pay every three months until I hit the cap. Then there was apprenticeship, intern, Senior RBT, and COM positions for those who want to pursue a career in the field. They pay for your CEUs!

Cons

High entry level staff turnover which is a common problem in most ABA clinics. Not all clinics are run the same way and have the same level of professionalism.
