Pros

The kids are amazing. Some of the best kids I've had the pleasure to work with. I like that they are flexible with their schedules. It's a great place to gain experience.

Cons

The supervisors and managers are way too manipulative and are only out to make themselves look good. They say they want you to succeed and do more but then try to hold you back. The rules changed too much, so much to the point where I had to refer to the employee handbook frequently. There is minimal support in helping therapists work through challenging behaviors.

Working with the kids is SO rewarding. Working M-F is a plus. Teamwork is must in this field.

Cons

Working 7 1/2 days with back to back clients and no lunch. Company want employees to be certified but not willing to pay more. Lack of communication
