Pros

Kids are great, learned a lot about problem solving and socialization of kids with autism.

Cons

Worked at the las colinas location, learned a lot and after being there a year I was considered a veteran due to extremely high turn over, which made it hard on any one who is a team lead making schedules, and also makes the 2 to 1 ratio constantly being broken, more like 3 or 4 to 1 when people keep quitting or calling off. No Windows or outside play area begins to make you feel pent in and the kids get restless. Facility is more conducive for offices not a school. Also at times we were out of baby wipes and told we were using too many basic things you need for a population of kids that are not all potty trained. Also having office building carpet is not accident friendly, kids need floors that don't hold smells and stains.
