Sweet parents and clients. They make the day worth it

Cons

Crappy environment and even worse culture. Much better ABA options

Pros

Working with great families. Having lots of resources

Cons

Corporate does not care about center leadership (BCBAs, CAs, COMs). Everything is always about how we are not doing enough without ever supplying support. Most of the “complements” leadership receives are backhanded. The company is more concerned about growing and becoming the biggest ABA company, rather than fixing the cracks. It truly makes me sad that so many people are leaving the company. I hate how much it affects the families that we are trying to serve. The clinical side of the company is completely silenced by the operational side. Corporate never asks the centers their opinions on the problems within the company. Center leadership does not feel like they have a voice at all
