Pros

You will gain experience in the field.

Cons

They company cares about retaining therapists over BCBAs. The caseload is out of this world and will work you to death. The company continuously promises changes, which either never occur or the changes that due occur always lead to the company profiting. The company has taken away bonuses and has now based bonuses on variables that are out of the BCBA's control. THE COMPANY ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY BUT DOES NOT COMPENSATE BCBA'S ADEQUATELY FOR WHAT THEY EXPECT A BCBA TO COMPLETE IN A DAY/WEEK/MONTH, ETC.

Pros

There weren't many pros considering the management

Cons

The BCBA's at the North Arlington location are disrespectful and do not care about the well being or success of their employees. We were given no lunch breaks, while they disappeared for theirs. They would frequently gather us in a room (with kids included) and yell how incompetent we are. They would threaten to write us up after minor mistakes without having a one on one conversation with us first. They would constantly tear us down and talk behind our backs to other employees. The company itself only seems to care about money and not how they treat their employees. This is not a healthy work environment and I highly recommend, for your own well being, to apply at a different company.

Pros

Great clients you work with

Cons

Money hungry machine that is all about numbers and building more clinics. As a BCBA you are just there to bill and conduct tours for families and make it seem like everything is great. Pay is so low for RBTS. Management is not involved and demeaning
