Pros

Great Talent Acquisition team camaraderie which works well with the hybrid work from home schedule. You will learn a lot regarding ABA therapy and what it takes to hire trustworthy therapists. If you enjoy partaking in the challenge of growing pains, this is for you.

Cons

Pay is below fair market value across the board. The turnover in the centers is so high that it felt like you never made a dent in the unrealistic hiring goals. HR can use some polishing in its processes and communications but mean well. CEO is personable and easy to talk to. COO comes off condescending and passive aggressive. I know people who run companies 10x the size of BI and aren’t that pompous.

Pros

Employees, co-workers, and the children!!

Cons

Upper management only cares about the numbers and the $$. Corporate training talks about values, but then regional leadership crams the clients in. Pay and guaranteed hours would be helpful to keeping RBTs happy. No one likes cutting hours because a client is out sick. We are expected to cram training into 2 weeks and then throw new staff on the floor in direct therapy without much hands-on time. There are no guaranteed hours so CAs are constantly apologizing for cutting hours due to sick children. How does an organization expect to help their employees pay their bills on $15-16 an hour and 20-30 hours a week. It's just not fair to treat employees that way. More time should be allowed for proper training. Pay COMs more as well. They do so much and are paid much less than they deserve.

Thank you for your feedback. We are constantly looking at training and how we provide what is needed and you as CA play a role in providing that feedback. Have you connected with regional leadership or HR to discuss some ideas for improvement? This is an open invitation for us to listen to our leadership teams in the center and have you connect with HR or the RDO or anyone you might think would be good to talk through. Please reach out and start the conversation.

Pros

Good Place to work and gain experience in the field of health care administration

Cons

Severely underpaid compared to industry averages for all positions in the company. If you don't know how to negotiate a salary you will be taken advantage of.

Thank you for the feedback. Appears from the rating you enjoy working with BI and we appreciate all you do to help in the centers. We look at compensation frequently and would like to learn more from you where you see industry averages that higher. Our teams monitor that and would welcome the opportunity to learn where you are finding the information and please as a leader within BI bring that to the attention of HR or your RDO so we can dig into the data.
