Pros

Love the kids and the easy work flow

Cons

RBT Employees there is a click of people that are RBT 5 and if you get on there “bad side” then your just out of luck they go to management to complain about you for no reason just to add up the complaints about you and they will bully you into quitting or transferring location I am not the first person to say that about this specific location and from other coworkers who have transferred away from this location because of this, they said everywhere else is totally fine so no hate on the company. It is specifically this location.

Pros

I am excited to start working with Behavioral Innovation. I have had a great experience during my onboarding process. They provide a list of videos and supports while you are waiting to start. I loved that I was able to go to the center for my face-to-face interview to work with the staff and the kiddos.

Cons

I have not started working full time just yet, but I am excited overall.
