Pros

I’m a brand new BCBA that passed while working at BI. Leadership and fellow BCBAs at the clinic were very helpful and supportive. Helped me get my hours. A lot of opportunities to grow from within. Flexible requirements for bonus.

Cons

Kids discharging often or going to school without notice. Doing assessments for kids that cannot start.

Pros

Flexibility with scheduling based on availability, RBTs help one another

Cons

Leadership is toxic. More and more expected by RBTs yet leadership is consistently slacking on their duties. One specific BCBA uses a lot of microagressions and microinsults, especially toward minority groups and the rest of leadership has started following their lead. Every time leadership screws up, somehow it becomes the RBT(s) fault. Pay is on the lower end
