Employee discount when combined with other discounts.

Cons

Poorly trained managers, ASMs with poor attitudes and no supervisory training; favoritism; vindictiveness; inconsistent direction; no real commitment to customer service; failure to allow ease of shopping by disabled and mother's with strollers; 2 hour video training insufficient training for new associates. Stores extremely poorly staffed - if there are not going to be associates at the cash wraps - why not just offer a central check out so that the consumer isn't confused as to why they cannot get anyone to assist them.

Pros

Good place to make commission and make good money during the holiday season. Very diverse group of people that work there.

Cons

Management treat employees very poorly, the company does not care about any of its employees, horrible work environment, not to much room for growth
