Pros

Double discounts that are offered periodically. They still have a few sale associates that are trying to get the job done with the unrealistic expectation.

Cons

Too many senior management that seems to think that you can simply delegate workloads however you do not have enough associates to get the job done and give out customers service,

Pros

Good colleagues Good pay Commission pay on top of hourly pay Lancome being a good company Great point of sales system/user friendly

Cons

Communication is often poor Customer service has much room for improvement Hours being cut often Changes affecting hours and potentially pay from a corporate level Those changes are mainly affecting the little people and not upper management The merchandise (mainly clothes) are outdated and matronly (even for the elderly customers!) Too many sales and coupon pushing which dictates a certain type of customer demographic which in turn, is lessening the value of the store and hurting sales! These types of clientele are those who always expect to get a lot for little to nothing in cost. This attracts customers who aren't necessarily willing to spend a lot of money. Or frankly, cannot afford to.
