Pros

I was promoted during my time here, and the company gave me an excellent opportunity to grow professionally. The recognition of my work and the ability to take on greater responsibility were definite highlights of my experience.

Cons

One area for improvement would be streamlining policies. At times, processes can feel a bit cumbersome, and clearer guidelines would help teams move faster and stay aligned.

Lack of Communication

Pros

I met several kind and hardworking people on the marketing team who were welcoming and supportive.

Cons

My onboarding experience was confusing and frustrating. I accepted a salaried position, as clearly stated in my offer letter and throughout the hiring process. However, once I started, I was unexpectedly informed that the role had been reclassified as hourly. When I raised concerns, I was told this was a “back-end error,” but I was eventually told that they could issue me a new offer letter with different terms than what I had originally agreed to. Communication from HR and management was inconsistent and at times dismissive, leaving me without clarity or accountability.

Pros

Let’s see the pros. Regional managers are pros at destroying your confidence they are pros at alienating those that are competent while putting those that are incompetent on a pedestal. They are pros at coming up with excuses to hold back good people. They are pros at being gossiping forming adult cliques which is weird and acting with a sense of superiority. They are pro’s at sucking the life out of what could be a great company. They are pros by being exclusionary discriminatory and just a drain on the company. I worked there for a long time and the thanks I got when I left? 🤗 <—- that’s me saying “nothing” with jazz hands. PTO policy is pretty decent.

Cons

Cons – they are cons because they act with a sense superiority when the truth is that most of them were promoted without a shred of managerial experience, promoted to a role they are woefully unqualified for and were only given that role because yes they may have been good at their last position but that doesn’t mean that they know how to manage other human beings without a God complex - acting like it’s a privilege to work there acting like their generic corporate platitudes of “you’re valued” are will pay my bills. Can I take that to a bank and cash it? Then you can keep it.
