Cons
Work is not assigned on seniority, education level, or ability but on who you know, and if you're female, expect to get snacks and coffee for the team. Also, Bell believes gender bias doesn't occur in their workplace, so your complaints will fall on deaf ears. Another big con was that the company doesn't give merit increases about every 4 or 5 years. Also, interns get paid more than entry level engineers.
