Pros

Nothing. The free food was great when I needed to stress eat...which was all the time.

Cons

Everything. Upper management just says 'yes' to the CEO instead of questioning how this will be beneficial. Everything is micromanaged; you will spend half your day sending status updates. Count on working through lunch frequently (but not getting paid for it). Management will "strongly encourage" you to come in early/stay late. Do not make any mistakes as the CEO is a strong proponent of public humiliation as a way of managing employees (read: he will send a company-wide email detailing why you're an idiot). You will be provided minimal training, but held accountable if you mess anything up. Be ready to do things that don't fall under your job description (in what world does a business analyst invoice customers and follow up on missed payments?). If you are one of the lucky ones who get to travel, you will be expected, after being on-site with the customer from 8A-5P, to complete your office work from your hotel room. Tl;dr: every negative review on this page accurately reflects my experience working for this company. 0/10, would not recommend.

Pros

Pay is somewhat competitive depending on what role you're initially hired into.

Cons

Overworked, over-stressed, co-workers unwilling to help, micromanaging from upper management, too many different roles lumped into "Business Analyst" role, incredibly slow learning curve, terrible benefits compared to other jobs in same field There are a few people that had worked with the company over 7 or so years and they hadn't been promoted to a Director yet, however upper management promised moving into a director role in no time. To get all your work done on time in order to NOT be on a company wide email about who didn't meet deadlines, you must work nights and weekends. Learning time to feel comfortable on the job seems like it would take YEARS.

Pros

I can't think of anything nice to say about this company. I want to give you zero stars but Glassdoor won't let me. One star is all too kind. If you can endure being verbally bashed, berated, and belittled on a daily basis by management and the CEO himself for any period of time, you may learn skills that help you to learn quickly, perfect your work because Mukund will make you redo the same project even to change just a couple of words or phrases, sometimes in the neighborhood of 87 times if you're numbering your versions. I learned to work efficiently and quickly so I did not get yelled at, however it's not appreciated but the skill may help you in a NORMAL working environment.

Cons

You will be insulted, belittled, and called names on a regular basis by the CEO. You will be publicly humiliated in front of the entire company to be made and example out of. Nothing you do will ever be good enough unless you are a "favorite." You will do the same work repeatedly to no avail. Mukund traditionally likes to insult his clients via email to the company, putting them down like he will put you down and the negative mindset trickles down to the rest of leadership and management. It is not a place to grow or thrive unless you like to put down and back stab others on your way to the top.
