We constantly meet and brainstorm as Leadership to evolve our induction framework and ensure that all our new team members settle in smoothly. I’m unhappy to hear about your feeling regarding the more senior team members, but of all the things I’ve read across our Glassdoor reviews and learnt from the discussions with our people, the fact that we see freshers being treated the same as more senior team members is one of my favorite! It’s a great feeling to know that people can come to work and be seen and trusted for who they are and feel like they can contribute to the team in a positive way. We will take your advice regarding the appraisal process. The feedback about pantry shall also be brought to the attention of the concerned team & addressed as needed. Again, we appreciate your insight and assure you that we will strive to make Gensuite a great place to work for all our team members!

Challenging and Great working experience!

Pros

Working at Gensuite is challenging, means you will need to work hard and will always be busy. For me, it has been a great learning experience. It is a company that will take care of you and will make you feel valuable. I have had opportunity to grow and see how employees can have a stable career in the company. The team is awesome and you get to interact with Global Leaders on a daily basis whose motivation can be inspirational. The company is always looking to bring fun initiatives and extra benefits to the employees during working hours and I would say that, at most levels, we have good work/life balance knowing that the company provides time flexibility and expects to receive the same from the employees if needed. Working for a company with so many career development opportunities, where people is friendly, passionate and always willing to help is something that you do not find in other places, but you will indeed find it here if you work hard and commit to what the company is trying to accomplish.

Cons

Too many meetings. It is hard to plan your day when you are constantly being pulled into meetings all the time.
