Pros

Good experiance to work on various projects and to take initiative to lead. Few ppl will help here thankfully.

Cons

loads of work which drag till late night and not recognized and only few are recognized for their hard work.

Pros

Each day is different. Lots of opportunity to lead projects and learn new things. Project work is unique each time. Ability to take on leadership roles at all levels of the organization. Leadership and initiative is highly valued at Gensuite. Tons of guidance and coaching from senior management. Really enjoy working with the team in the global locations and provides a different prospective. Have been really flexible about schedule and work times.

Cons

Lots of opportunity to lead projects which means that you can take on too much at one time. Some late nights and weekends based on project load.

Everything in the other reviews is true! Internal processes and protocols are a mess and are constantly changed and poorly communicated. Extreme Micro management of every aspect of your day to day work. Employees do not dare speak up. No accounts or HR department. Favouritism and Nepotism is rife.
