money is ok. looks good on a resume.

Cons

Terrible work environment and product design. Nobody knows what they are doing. They talk a lot about teamwork, but there is no team environment, so new people don't fit in. Very poorly designed, and no training. High stress. So much politics. No chance to move up. Terrible managers. And, it's Coldfusion?
