Benefitfocus reviews

You know it's a "great" place to work when every time you have a meeting the leader asks you to log into Glassdoor to write a review. You know it's a great place to work when you visit with a customer and they tell you to run, leave Benefitfocus as fast as you can. Nothing works, empty promises are constantly made, so many customers have left this year alone. If that's not a huge red flag, I don't know what is. Benefitfocus also only promotes who they like. Doesn't matter how hard you work.

Every negative review on here sums up the issues with this company perfectly, so there is really no reason to repeat what the company refuses to hear/ignores. Word of advice to benefitfocus-simply writing "we are disappointed to hear this and gives us something to approve on" in response to all these negative reviews, when you have ZERO intention of making an effort to improves things, is really getting old. And everyone sees through these desperate attempts to try to protect this image of a company that has gone down the toilet. Everyone in charelston now knows this place is garbage simply by word of mouth. It's also interesting that many people do not recommend working here, think the company is going in a negative direction, but somehow still approve of the CEO. How do you approve of a CEO who has allowed his company to treat employees the way that they do? He's not blind or oblivious, he is allowing and most likely even encouraging this behavior. He's a CEO after all-he wants every penny he can get. Wake up.
