Pros

The job is fairly easy to get

Cons

Worst place I have ever worked. Promotions are best on who likes toy and whose but you kisses not on merit. Management does everything to make your miserable while pretending to care about the employees. All the care about is upselling to elderly people who can't afford it. You can be written up for anything from eating at your desk to voicing your opinion. Numerous lawsuits have been filled I know at least 2 have been paid out.

Pros

Close to the beach in a nice corporate building. Team, team, 5Star team, at every level. Medium sized tight knit group. Casual environment, fun smart co-workers and supervisors with a sense of humor that support a great product. Teammates help when asked and the supervisors and Director always encourage us to learn and grow.

Cons

Compensation is not competitive, NO company communication, and a TERRIBLE customer service team.

Pros

The company has a good goal and strives to make a good product to help people. They are always advocating for a healthy life and don't just cram work down your throat until you drown. A lot of the complaints here seem to say they do, and maybe some managers do, but I haven't seen it, and it for sure hasn't been nearly as bad as some of my past jobs.

Cons

There are two parts of the company, the customer service side (mostly the call center) and the corporate side. I get the impression they are two different worlds. The corporate side seems to be nicer. Also they started out not too long ago and are still learning how to grow from a small startup where anything goes to a large company with many employees, and sometimes that is painful.
