Extreme PC culture with lots of 2 faced backstabbers. 45-65 year old children that have no problem throwing coworkers under the bus. You have to watch what you say and who's listening. HR loves receiving absolutely petty complaints that normally would just be dismissed in another company. A childish group of supposed-to-be adults.

I am sorry that our culture is not working for you and that you feel you have to walk on egg shells around others. While we try to make HR accessible to all, we obviously have not done a good job if you think we enjoy “receiving petty complaints.” We take our job of creating a safe work environment seriously but would rather spend our days strengthening our employees through training and engagement than handling Employee Relations issues. Reorganizations often, Salesforce date is a mess, some territories are floundering. Higher than normal turn over/layoffs recently.
