      Pros

      BeyondTrust provides an exceptional onboarding program for new hires, has an incredible benefits package, and above all treats their employees with the upmost respect. In addition to getting their new hires ramped, they provide a ton of programs that allow you to expand your knowledge and grow as a professional no matter the length of time you have been here. To say I haven't been nervous to return is an understatement, but the team that I am a part of and the rally of people who have supported me in my return as a BT boomerang have been so warm and welcoming and are thrilled to see me back with the team. BeyondTrust provides a level of comradery and transparency that you really won't find anywhere else. They provide clear goals as an organization and really strive to put their best foot forward when it comes to growing their business and doing it together.

      Welcome back! I am glad that you felt comfortable coming back. We have a good number of boomerangs each year and their reason for returning is very similar to yours.       Great place to start and grow your sales career

      Pros

      Tech stack - as an SDR they truly give you every chance to hit your number. Product - this is a product prospects don’t only want, but a lot of times are required to have for customers and insurance reasons. The people - everyone whether they are on your team or not, manager or not, are always willing to help with anything you have questions on

      Cons

      Onboarding there were some articles / trainings that could have not been added More scheduled shadowing would have also help

      Fun Company but is dysfunctional and lacks leadership and direction

      Pros

      Company embraces diversity and has lots of support groups to join. People are generally nice, respectful and have fun.

      Cons

      No clear direction or leadership Silos; no sharing of information or collaboration No desire to change old ways of doing things Low compensation
