      What a great place to be a part of!

      Pros

      From the beginning I have felt welcome to be a part of this organization. Everyone is friendly, willing to teach, have open conversations...all the things that most companies miss the mark in these days. BeyondTrust takes the time to listen to what you want to do, where you want to be, and understands that you are a person that they trust to do the job. Not only do they allow you the space to be creative in your role, but they also support you along that journey. My direct manager is one of the most wholesome people you will ever meet. This incredible human makes it worth logging in everyday, and so does the team I'm a part of. Everyone is here to help in all the right ways, and they really understand what it means to positively reinforce you into believing you have what it takes. Coming from a negative environment, this is the positive experience I was looking for.

      Cons

      I'm sure that there are others that are going to list cons, and I'm not really sure how to address it. This is a job, there are going to be ups and downs. There is not a single place out there that is perfect, but what I can tell you that if there IS a con, as long as you address it with your manager, it can be resolved. Your role in this company is sometimes going to be challenging and it is going to maybe get you worked up from time to time, but wouldn't it be boring if it didn't?

      Lot of Movement

      Pros

      Good pay, solid office location, tech that is always in need which is a bonus in sales.

      Cons

      Way too much movement of managers and higher up leaders. Understandable as it was 4 companies merging into one but geez were the decisions poor on many of those hires. It was difficult to have any direction or believe what was the best method of selling as you would have a new leader every 2 months or so. Consistency would have been nice for someone learning the industry.

      Thank you for the review. I agree that we have competitive pay, good offices, as well as strong products. Despite having another strong financial year, we saw higher than desired, but in line with market, turnover in some of our sales areas last year. Not sure we had new leaders every 2 months but appreciate you believing in us and continuing your career here.       Management and peers are considerate and easy to work with. Paid time off is generous. Work is engaging and fast-paced. Company is growing.

      They don't cook breakfast for me?

      We are a growing, fast paced company that has been so successful because of team members like you. Sorry about the lack of breakfast. We hope in the months to come there will be an opportunity for you to join your peers for breakfast – on us! If you do go into the office, we have extensive office snacks and drinks, and free office lunches on Tuesdays (once COVID subsides).
