      Pros

      ok place to work but could use a cleansing of upper management.

      Cons

      Upper management doesn't listen to the needs of lower-level employees.

      Pros

      Phenomenal culture; pre, during and I am certain they will be post-Covid. The way the company transitioned us to 100% remote and keeping us informed, engaged and appreciated. The flexibility has been a tremendous asset during this time. The benefit options for the US are great - plenty of choices Loads of things to keep you busy, both your day to day but other things. There has been a really thoughtful D&I push, and other opportunities I wish I had more time to take part in. Leadership is #1 - transparent, available and present

      Cons

      This is a fast moving org, loads of positive change, so for someone fearful of both this wouldn't be a good fit.

We are a fast moving company that believes that its success is due to our employees and that they are motivated by new opportunities and having open and honest communications.
