Pros
The reasons that I accepted my role at BeyondTrust were plentiful and I have not been disappointed. Leadership is fully accessible, transparent and genuine. My supervisor and direct team have been welcoming, and supportive as well as the broader HR team. The company is doing so many great things surrounding diversity and inclusion and I am excited to be a part of these efforts. The company is doing very well despite Covid-19 and management is being extremely mindful to ensure that employees are protected and that we are running as smartly as possible. The interview process was amazing despite being done entirely remotely, and they extended flexibility and grace to me immediately. Lastly the people of BeyondTrust could not be a better group of more kind, smart, and passionate individuals. They make getting up every day to go to work something I look forward to. I am so happy to be working for BeyondTrust and they show me every day that I made the right decision.
