Floor support is very helpful and try to make the most of things. Working with them was great Always more hours available. Good training.

Cons

No control over your schedule, can't get time off even when you ask for it. Are booked at times you ask not to be booked. No manager. My "coach" never spoke to me once. No one to express concerns to. Was not valued as an employee/human being, just a number. Other workers are cliquey and sometimes rude. No fallback in case something goes wrong on your call I.e. there are no service providers willing to do work they're contracted for. Anytime anyone else messes up, it comes back on you and there's no communication if a mistake is made.
