Bullying / Abuse from management The HR department that alerts the HARASSER of your identity and what you had reported Pressure to max out all of your hours They will move your desk if you do not comply They will not allow you to go to the washroom outside of your 15 minute break (and if you do, they hound you for make up time on your days off. For going to the washroom. Not joking.) The other departments are filled with young kids who are belligerent, rude, disrespectful, and the departments allow these individuals to harass others The quality compliance is UNREACHABLE and so is "commission" This place is toxic

Real team atmosphere The work isn't very difficult and the coaches and floor support are very helpful Opportunities to advance quickly (if you do your job well). Mostly hire from within for management

Cons

Too strict on bathroom breaks and break time. Training for some campaigns much less thorough than others High turnover of employees Equipment fails often
