If you’re into the wannabe corporate bro vibe, BT is the place for you. There’s little to no team mentality and your ideas will be shut down, ignored, or if it’s a good one someone else will take credit for it. People will talk negatively about you behind your back, you’ll get blamed for management’s mistakes, you’ll eat your lunch at your desk and look like you have four heads if you attempt to have a real conversation with someone. Little to no managerial guidance because most of the managers have little to no team-management experience. Your successes won’t matter, your mistakes will be put under a microscope. Toxic culture filled with people only looking out for themselves. Also, it’s April and their website still says they’ll be out Jan 1.
