Industry leader in the software world for cannabis. Interesting and seldom monotonous.

Cons

Used to be great, but ever since we were acquired by helix things have been going downhill. At first it wasn't so bad but then they started to change a lot and now there's a super toxic environment. We spend more time watching our own backs than being able to work. They seem to fire competent people for no reason. I miss the old Biotrack where I loved coming to work. It says to rate the CEO but they just fired him too, but Pat was great when he was here.

Great work environment Willing to work with schedule (DR appointments, etc...) Will learn more than your job title Good place to gain work experience.

Cons

No Promotions Expect you to be able to perform tasks outside of your abilities and to “just figure it out” Not willing to hire people with experience needed Give you more responsibility but they refuse to match the pay Expect you to work past working hours (excluding HQ) HQ support staff not willing to assist when needed or carry their own weight No possibility for growth if you’re not at HQ Pay is subpar to the work they expect Expect to be berated by C suite If you are competent in your knowledge expect to be contacted on your days off. Not everyone takes the initiative to expand their knowledge.
