Cons

There is very little I can say regarding cons. I truly enjoy my job and coming to work everyday. Additionally, I love the people.

I have been working at Birge & Held for approximately one year and I can honestly say it's the best career decision that I've ever made. Starting with the interview and hiring process to my current day-to-day job duties, every person I have had contact with has been extremely friendly and accommodating. It is evident that the employees enjoy working for the company, which is something I did not find with my prior jobs.

Cons

The only con could be the amount of responsibility the supervisors have at the site... not necessarily a con, but it is easy to fall behind if you don't prioritize your time or push yourself.
