The company has grown over the last 2 years

Cons

No one has any idea what is happening. Huge turnover in staff. HR is a joke and too involved in operations. Owners change upper management weekly. Policy changes daily. Terminations weekly without written or verbal warnings. It is a job that keeps you watching your back daily

They offer decent pay but at a high cost to your time and do not approve overtime but expect you to work

Cons

So many from poor management to how they treat residents and staff to not having money to pay vendors as well as make repairs. I cant stress enough you will have I work life balance and they will expect you to do work out of your job description to keep a skeleton crew
